I always admired trees. Undying source of energy and for its ability to grow for many years in one place, yet still keep it’s beauty over and over. So inspiring and reenergizing to rest under one of these and numb your brain activity.

“Other mechanisms by which living alone could increase cardiac risk have to do with possible social isolation and loneliness, and these are more challenging to fix”

After a busy weekend in Prague and jogging only on Saturday and taking day off on Sunday. I’m back on the track as of Monday morning 18. June.
Stunning sunny morning in the royal gardens of Stromovka. I felt a bit sluggish but my Nike+ recorded this run as my fastest ever, oh well done. Sometimes when we feel we’re not doing too good we’re actually doing our best!!

Didn’t feel like to get up this morning. My bed was so warm under my blanket, and for June, the weather outside not very nice, gray and rainy.
Well done for my effort tho, jogging the longest distance zig zag track in Jardins des Plantes, 8,6km zig zagging between the gardens lol.
I have one more day to run in Paris and then from Friday I will be reporting from Prague, Czech republic again. Cheerios

I woke up early today even before my alarm went off. I Put on my gear and went for jog. It was a dull rainy morning in Paris. But Soon as I got going all the dullness left me like that! Thoroughly enjoyed the run in the rain. Hardly anybody in the gardens. I switched to my meditating mood, firstly praying for all the pain going away from my ankle and it did, and then I got an Idea I wanna run a marathons next year. I would love to do them all but somehow I think my old body wouldn’t cope very well. Budapest, New Delhi and of course Paris popped up in my head. Have to check the Internet weather the dates don’t collide within each other, because if so I would keep New York on the bench just in case.
Anybody has any experience running in one of these? Tell me in comments bellow.?!

Summary of today’s run 6,66 km in 37mn, probably put about 40% of my regular effort, well it was unintentional but truly evil track!! Jogging at my favorite Jardins des Plantes. And something to smile about was that my alarm clock went off as I was finishing my run, so was I dreaming?? Lol

ImageAfter one week rest, i’m back on the track.Trying this new round from my Flat to palais De La Porte Doree. Partially cheating today due to doing half of it on the bike. Had to take it easy on my ankle. Over all did 4km jog. Weather was so so, Birdy album and Florence + The Machine play in my iPod. Check my tracking map point 1. to 4. is on the bike then round a lake jog and then back on the bike. Great using the Nike+ GPS and Path application. Managed three likes on Facebook and one checking my track on Path. Since I’m kind of “likes” addict. This definitely boost my enjoyment from jogging lol. If my ankle is fine tomorrow there i will be on my old track again at Jardin des Plantes. Lets connect on Facebook.
